We’re Louise O’Connell and Orla Carroll, Co-Founders of OC Recruitment. With over 40 years of combined experience across business, leadership and recruitment, we set out to build an agency where excellence meets a personal, people-first approach. We share the same core values of putting people first, building trusted relationships, and always doing the right thing. These principles guide everything we do.

Louise brings over 25 years of recruitment expertise and is highly regarded for her long-standing specialism in healthcare, combining deep sector knowledge with an exceptional reputation for trust and integrity. Her earlier experience in the finance sector provides commercial insight and strengthens her ability to deliver strong results and build long-term relationships consistently.

Orla brings over 15 years of business ownership and leadership experience, followed by more than three years working in recruitment, where she has built a strong reputation for her commercial insight, people-focused approach and ability to identify and secure high-quality talent across healthcare and business support roles.
